I did it on my Redmi Note 7, at XDA there is thread for all Xiaomi phones about boot logo changing
I don’t think it’d be possible to get rid of that, coz its the first thing bootloader shows.. and messing around with bootloader may end you up with a hardbrick.

first it shows MI logo then only custom boot animation by that method.
just go in the stock themes app and browse for themes with custom bootloaders or even just try ios 13 dual Pro, it has a apple logo at boot
does lineage is support it?
