Hey everyone,
I’m in a bit of a nightmare situation and could really use your help. I recently tried flashing the **xiaomi.eu\_multi\_SWEETK6A\_V14.0.5.0.THGMIXM\_v14-13.zip** ROM on my **Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro (sweet)** which was previously running TWRP.
After flashing, the phone completely powered off and hasn’t turned back on since. No vibration, no screen, no fastboot logo — nothing.
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
* **PC detects the phone as “Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008”**, so it’s in EDL mode.
* Tried using **Mi Flash Tool**, but it gives me errors like:
* *”Cannot receive hello packet”*
* *”Sahara Fail”*
* *”FHLoader Fail”*
* I have a full firmware dump including prog\_ufs\_firehose\_sm7150\_ddr.elf and all rawprogram/patche xmls.
* Tried flashing minimal partitions like boot.img or recovery.img, no success.
* ADB and Fastboot do **not** recognize the device.
* I suspect either:
* Display is not initializing (but phone is alive)
* Or something’s corrupted in the bootloader/abl/UEFI chain.
Tools I’ve used/tried:
* Mi Flash Tool (latest + old versions)
* QFIL
* [EDL.py](http://EDL.py) (Python script)
* Still no luck.
Any suggestions? Can I revive it manually with just Firehose + some minimal image? Is it possible the display is dead but the device is fine?
Thanks in advance to anyone who reads and helps. You’d be a lifesaver right now
