Should I install the new HyperOS security update? Concerned about battery performance

Hey everyone,

I’m currently on HyperOS (2.0.1.0) and honestly, the battery performance hasn’t been great for me. It drains faster than it used to, and I’ve been pretty disappointed.

Now, I’m seeing a new HyperOS security update available. Before I install it, I wanted to ask:

Has anyone already updated?

Did you notice any improvement in battery life or overall performance after the update?

Or is it just a security patch without any real optimizations?

I’m mainly hoping it might fix some of the battery issues. Would love to hear your experiences before I decide. Thanks in advance!
