From a 6 year old iPhone 6s to a brand new Note 11s, feels like i’m using a quantum computer!

Funny mine says “this is the Way.”😂
Yes, I had an old Sony Xperia XZ and when I got my hands on the Redmi Note 10, it was quite refreshing.
my Poco x3 nfc works good, responsive enough. But the mic died so i have to get Poco F5 GT (i want oled!) or Poco X5 Pro soon? What do you think? Cpus are fast i think, snapdragon 8 on F5. Curently temporary using iPhone 8+, its ok. Anzone has Poco F4 GT or similar?
I have the 11 lite 5g ands it decent i suspect the 12 should be a little bit better
I dont know – I also changed my mind about black phones. I always used to have a black phone but from one day to another I started finding simply black or white phones boring, which is why I chose a blue one this time.
Honestly, you probably often enough encounter power outlets or just use power banks so that you dont even need your phone to last all day on one charge. Unless you travel a lot or simply arent home a lot, features like super fast charging and super long lasting batterys arent entirely necessary – just nice to have. They only come in handy when you dont spend a lot of time around places where there is power.
Who want to buy a almost 1000€ phone per year ?
Well my X3 Pro is with crDroid and without root, when plugged it is says Charging rapidly. And from 0-100% it’s about 65 minutes
About that I have a question.
Did the fast charging worked automaticly or you installed something for that to work.
I have friend that have a X3 Pro, and when he installed Pixel Experience, his battery life got so bad and he needed to completly turn off to charge his phone (with slow charge). After that, he installed crDroid, and even others kernels and magisk modules, but his fast charging still doesn’t work (but the battery life got better).
Well for me crDroid is probably the best ROM so far, a lot of customization and very stable ROM in general, for battery life Resurrection Remix OS and Corvus OS are the best in battery category.
Oh yeah i just noticed sorry my bad, i have X3 Pro with crDroid and everything is so smooth and battery is amazing plus you get weekly system updates
Please recommend…
Note 11 Pro ? (Mediatek, apparently no good if want custom ROM)
… 12 Lite ?
Actually get a Poco F3/F4 its not that expensive compared to 11s. Coming from 6s myself, the F3 rocks.
I have a 13 pro max. So battery life is pretty darn good.I don’t like android. You do you and I’ll do me.
iOS support with updates to slow down your older devices to make you(borderline force you) to buy a newer device, nah I am good.👍 At least I can access my files, delete app cache and app data, my wifi settings are 2 raps away instead of 4 and at the end of the day I can always put a rom and have 15+ years of updates. 40$ for 15 watts wireless charger? You can get more than that at half the price. Support has nothing to do with the charger’s price, you are already overpaying the phone.
At 15 watts you can put it on the stand, forget about it and when you come back it still won’t be charged. 🤣Every user cares about that, your phone has 20 hours battery life and needs 4 hours charging while others have 50-60 hours battery life and charge in 1.
15 watts. Who cares about that? Just put it on the magsafe stand and forget about it. And for price.. you get support and ios support for years and it just works. Lol each to their own.
Yeah, you have the issues of ridiculously high price and ridiculously slow charging tho…
Oppsss. My bad lol! I use magsafe 90% of the time so don’t have that issue
Look at my comment. Charger’s port not charging port. From USB to USB-c ok the charger itself
Apple hasn’t changed the charging port in a iPhone for 11 years lol
Good luck to install customs ROMs on a phone using a MediaTek SoC.
When you want to do something that isn’t intended by Apple, everything goes wrong.
I felt the same when I moved from my iPhone 6S to my Poco F2 Pro, although both share the same refresh rate the Poco was way smoother.
Install custom rom and enjoy your phone. You gonna have a lot of problems with MIUI
HOW DID HE MAKE IT
Have fun
if you find a cheap xiaomi to be a huge leap from an old flagship then yes it will
How did you make that?
I would make the switch the other way around (just switched from 6s to a 13mini).
I just switches from a ~5 yrs old mi mix 2 to iPhone 14plus. I just like the feel of a new phone
now next upgrade buy an expensive xiaomi and it will feel like an even bigger leap
Hahah yeah for real, if you don’t mind spending all that money and getting new chargers every couple of models because apple decided to change the charger’s port for some reason 🤣
I soft bricked my Mi 10T Pro and had to use an iPhone 6s (my gf’s) till I got it fixed. Thing was so bad I stopped using a smartphone for a while 🤣
Not the best choice, but still cool anyway
Your are about to experience what the outside world offers as customisation 😁
Same happened to me with from honor 8 to note 11S 😀 I changed the battery already 2 times, but finally it started slowing down and power button didn’t respond anymore.
nice
Good for you!
How did you survived with bad iPhone 6s battery all these years?
The force is strong with your new phone.
