I had this with NFC the other day. Not sure what triggered it, but a restart fixed it.

Mi Note 10 Lite
It’s Google’s feature that allows you to stop receiving notifications from selected apps. Helps you to focus on your work or something else.
Restarted now button triggers but when i open it, it still shows notifications from apps. It’s just broked…
Hmm, maybe it has something to do with battery saver settings? See if you can give it full permissions to run

I also have mi note 10lite and I have the same issue but with NFC
and then I counted on which place you have your focus mode on (14) and my NFC button is in the same exact place
so I think it has to do with 14th button on navigation center
try replacing it with something else and check if the issue is still happening
The problem with xiaomi is the broken softwarere support.
It’s MIUI 12 on top of Android 11, at this point I’m more suprised when something actually works.

Same phone, same firmware. It’s the 20th quick setting. Didn’t even know my phone had this problem!

Miui is broken*
uninstall it, it won’t remove it but it’ll roll it and then update it. Did you try turning your phone off and back on I know it sounds stupid and you’ve probably already done it but a lot of times this helps resolve a lot of problems.
I don’t know it says it’s there to help you focus but really is it doing much more than just collecting all the information and tracking your apps and what you do on your phone and pretty much selling it back to Google isn’t it just better maybe just put your phone on on silent I mean I’m just saying as somebody that does not use focus I’ve always kind of thought it to be you know as I described is it actually good do you use it a lot?

What is your device?
As i can see your device get its 4th update with Android 11 (12.1.4). My device (Mi Note 10 Lite) gets its first Android 11 update and they didn’t realeased any updates then (12.1.1). So its not stable as yours.
I have the same issue. Focus mode is completely broken for me. It won’t even block notifications. I’m fed up of android 11. If I didn’t have exams i would have downgraded to android 10 by now.
The dark mode, notification alignment and a couple of other things are broken as well.
I use it a lot to block notifications from work apps in my downtime.
Did you have any sort of luck solving this issue? It’s driving me crazy, it was for me such a crucial feature.

I updated to Android 11 recently too and I have the same issue.
No i can’t find any fix for it…
Man i am having the same problem, miui 12 after Andriod 11 update sucks so much bug and my favourite android 10 navigation gestures gone for 3rd party launcher
