Focus and Exposure adjustment

In the pro mode there is this option of separating the focus and exposure rings to adjust them separately. While I am able to separate the rings, how do I adjust both settings separately? There seems to be no option to do that or I am missing the trick. Any help on this is highly appreciated. Thanks

    Sorry ignore the steps in previous msg. Correct steps are: tap the screen once and the focus ring appears, touch the focus ring and drag ur finger away. The exposure ring will come out of it.
