Enable mobile data during calls

Is it possible to use the mobile network when talking to someone?
it’s quite frustrating, so if it is possible please tell me how i enable this!

It’s a poco f2 pro i have

    Yeah I know how I hate it myself when I see a thread with someone else with a similar issue as I have and they don’t post how they fixed it in the end

    I fixed it myself before they had a chance to answer!
    Just had to dial **#\*#869434#\*#** and \*bam\* setting got available in sim card settings <3

    Thank you so much for giving me a few minutes of your time helping me with this, shitty that they don’t have that setting available directly from the phones OS

    yep you may need to contact them and ask to reprovision your line for VoLTE and should be good then. It is possible the automatic feature of the carriers service didn’t recognize the phone supporting it so didn’t know if it should be on or off when you moved the SIM. No worries, easy for them to resolve (usually)

    Like I said I saw people saying they couldn’t find it either (a very very quick Google search just to verify the phone supports it). So the carrier most likely just hides it so people don’t disable it. Not sure if you saw my update in the previous comment, but follow that dial code and see if the phone shows that on or off

    Worked with the same simcard on my old samsung A3
    Can’t find any setting named VoLTE when im searching in the settings menu, where could it be hiding?

    your phone and carrier both need to support VoLTE. I see that phone should support it, but a very quick Google search some users said they didn’t see the option (carriers can hide that so you don’t turn it off). But look to see if you have that setting turned on if it appears in menus.

    Another way to check is dial \*#\*#4636#\*#\* and look for that as a toggle about halfway down.

    I’ve been able to do that on Android phones for 10 years.
