The Nilkin case is your best bet if you’re carrying keys and coins in your pockets. I wouldn’t risk just having a partial cover with lens cutouts.
After using the Nilkin case for about a month now, I can say it’s great, especially when gripping the phone however you want, while not smudging the lenses every time.
I have the nillkin case with camera protector. It works well and make the phone magsafe (use or external magnetic batteries). I got the kevlar one, only downside is that it’s chunky but protects the phone really well.
If you do hey one just make sure they are the hollow type that doesn’t cover each lens and has holes for them. Otherwise you will get lots of glare and flaring.
No. For me, when it comes to carrying my keys in the pocket, I make sure to place the keys on the phone screen side.

I use this metal one for my 15U. Looks good and seems strong 👍
