I had a widget at the beginning in which I could customize each row, also how it should be displayed (e.g. date format). It was in the default theme. I accidentally deleted it and cannot find it anymore. Does someone know where I could find it?

Found it. It was not a widget on the home screen, it was the clock on the lock screen. It is changeable with long touch. Problem solved.
