Cricket said my MI 10 5G is a 3G device and can’t be used any more

So Cricket cut my service and when I called them they said that my device (Mi 10 5G) isn’t Compatible With their Network Anymore Now that they updated it And my device Was registered as A 3g Device And cannot be changed Or updated… Any idea what is going on?
