What’s your device?
Mi note 10 lite.
Do you made something to make this battery life? My battery stayed same after the update but i get 10.5 11 hour SoT total.
I actually game for about 2-4 hours on average (ultra settings on some games that’s why the line on the graph drops down steeply) If I don’t play I get about the same SoT as you between 10-10.5hrs on a regular day.
What country are you from if it’s not a secret, i got 10T and wondering when will this phone get Android 11.
now do it again, while playing Pokemon go (the de-factor irl stress test)
Dude what’s your sleep schedule?
Region doesn’t matter in the case of my unit which only ships with global(mi) rom and has no cn, eu, etc counterpart. The mi 10T is fairly new and update should come to your device very soon. The update could contain both MIUI 12.5 on android 11 so you get 2 updates in 1 package unlike having 2 separate updates.
I don’t. I am the night 🧛
True dat. Played it when it got released and it freakin destroyed my iphone’s battery (which already sucked).
It was the entire reason i got into Xiaomi phones. my Htc One gote completely destroyed in about 1.5 hrs, so i said fuck it and bought a RN4X. because f*ck powerbanks.
Same reason why I moved to Xiaomi. Heavy games just suck the soul out of iphones and I’ve had a bad experience with a samsung flagship which overheated on its own while charging then died (only exynos version ships in my country)
I have the same phone, but my SoT is way lower, around 6 hours. Does android 11 help with the battery?
Android 11 comes with minor system optimisations but i’m not sure if it helps a lot in terms of battery performance. One thing Im sure of is that it didn’t ruin the battery life.
https://ibb.co/cvGvXXQ Battery life on Note 9 Pro Max on Arrow Os 11. MIUI is really bad at optimization if you compare the differences.
My data includes heavy gaming but I agree and my average 10-10.5hrs sot could be a lot better if it weren’t for miui’s bad optimization. Luckily reports say that MIUI12.5 will be a lot lighter than the current version.
My Mi 9’s battery is doing terribly at the minute MIUI 12.0.3 (Andr. 10)
Hope Android 11 update will fix this issue 🙁
I’d bet he slept from 10:30-17:30. But idk he might have worked during that period.
Yep. Xiaomi only provides 24hr battery data stats. You can download 3rd party apps if you want to see your full usage.
With Miui that says a lot, not worse is a win haha
I have a mi10t lite too and I’ve lasted all day with 45 remaining
Which model is that?
But… why???
My Mi 9T Pro battery is bad, the service “mdnsd” is sucking so so so much power and I do not know why so it has lost more than 50% battery after 5 hours. But I do also not want to reset the phone because I am too lazy to install all new and configure everything.
does that ROM support gesture navigation? I’ve got a RN9S and I just want a good battery optimisation and gesture navigation, I use a different launcher anyway so the design does not bother me much.
My mi 9t pro is doing pretty badly too since android 10.
Do you think the 9 series will get the next android? I thought 10 was the last one for this model
It’s meant to get 11 yeah
Sweet! Hopefully an improvement over ten then!
yes it does.
I went from 3 days of battery life to 1 day with the MIUI 12 update on my Poco F1
Are you a heavy user or light one ?
Nice, thank you very much, can’t wait!
Because of reasons, of course.
Android system consume much battery in my phone, it reaches 20 percent. Why???
Hopefully miui 12.5 fixes that.
Clear the cache of all google apps like chrome, play store, google etc.
I did that million times, but nothing changed.
I do play heavy games for about 2-4hrs on ultra settings. I get about more than 10hrs of SoT if I don’t play on a regular day.
For Indian version is ready but we wait global version for RN9Pro
I have a Mi 9 as well. Barely get 2-3 hours SoT. Terribly disappointed with it. It used to be fine on Android 9.
I really think it might be worth looking in to DIY battery replacement. I recently upgraded to Xiaomi.eu ‘s Mi 9 MIUI 12.5 Android 11 ROM and the battery hasn’t improved greatly despite me thinking the Android 11 update would help. I think these batteries just don’t age particularly well, they’re only 3300Mah to begin with.
