Yes you are right, manual wb doesn’t result in this color shifting.
Nope
Whoa I never knew this. I knew that the AI would recognize it as the moon when I pointed my phone at it, but that’s it.
This is pretty darn amazing, though I don’t see how it can truly overcome the hardware limitations. I wouldn’t be surprised if 70% of the shot was computer generated
Not facing this issue, can confirm after checking with 2 redmi K20s.
Facing the same issue in redmi k20 pro, how to solve this problem, is it a software or hardware issue? Happens with GCAM also.
Dumb question. You don’t use a DLP projector at the time?
Mine does this with my projector on.
try gcam ?
No light source was present in the room, only the sunlight coming through the window.
It’s great. Design is good, cameras are good (gcam allows it to punch wayyy above its weight), display is gorgeous, fp reader is fast enough.
My only small gripe with it might be it’s battery life (and at this point I am nitpicking) but then again, I am coming from a Mi Max 2.
So this guys on a vendor Rom then right? cause it’s four numbers rather then 2?
No. I mean not yet at least.
Well, your pocket and your phone are obviously not waterproof.
yeah, on Mi Mix 3
On global rom 10.3.9 all is fine.
Yea had the same issue today, when the camera doesnt know what the fuck the color is supposed to be, then it takes weird Pictures, but as soon as it sees white as well, tada everything works
I am on 10.3.6.0 stable and have no updates available as of yet.
Ahh. I was saying because when I had Mi 9, I used to have it cut off like a centimeter before notch is there. And this behavior would continue even when I disabled the notch. And I was pretty much on beta channel ever since I unlocked.
I wasn’t referring to icons not showing. I was referring to the icons cutting off right before reaching the notch.
and supposedly it was an issue on prior notch-free phones like Mi A1.
But ow whale, I have moved along from Xiaomi after unfortunately breaking my mi 9. Now I’m getting Mate 20 X Insha Allah
1) try to clean cache from Cam app
2) reinstall last update
It looks like a white balance issue and he/she fixed it by changing it from auto to a preset so nothing to worry about
Had the same issue on poco f1… Still not resolved
In case the photo turn out to be too warm or cold you’ll have to manually correct then using photo editing tools
Dont worry its just auto White ballance not knowing wtf the color is supposed to be because of the strange light
Is this phone good? I am planning to buy
Looks like a white balance issue, try setting it to something other than automatic and see if it’s still the same.
My mi 9t flickers like that just once every time I launch the camera app. But it only does it once at the beginning and doesn’t keep going.
Mine is chinese version unlocked bootloader ans installed 10.3.6.0 global then it’s updated to 10.3.9.0
Because it’s a notchless phone. Xioami only had that issue on notched phones.
By the way, that’s fixed for a couple of months on beta ROMs.
What is this moon shot? I hope its not like huaweis where they take other moon Pictures and stitch them to the photo lol
The photos themselves turn out fine.
Maybe a software update will fix it.
it has a disco mode!
fkr serious, i don’t know what’s up 🙁
Wow the notification icons actually work. Impressive
Try changing region and checking to see, I’m in the UK on Global version and have 10.3.10 and haven’t had this issue
I’m not that impressed with the camera. That said, had an unfortunate incident, went riding in heavy rain and even though the k20 pro was in my rain jacket pocket, some water got in and it wont switch on any more. Any idea if I can salvage something from this or is it a writeoff?
Right now, its in a box of rice and I plan to keep it there for the next 2-3 days at least
