Same here, the only way that doesn’t happen is by letting the content of each notification be displayed, causing every time you unlock the device and have someone behind you, find out everything about you. Pretty dumb.

NO. Note 8 Pro has MediaTek chip so you can’t flash Roms of 8/8T in it. Currently I haven’t found and Rom for 8pro. You can wait till developers develop one. Recently Xiaomi has also gifted 8pro to several custom Rom developers to encourage them in development process.

So much clickbait…you can’t double the performance just from a software update..maybe 10-15% better, but I doubt it. Everyone here is complaining that they’re on android Pie, what is the problem? My Mix 3 5g is also on Pie and it runs damn fine.

Try removing all your modules , than uninstall the version of magisk you have , reboot system, than flash magisk stable 20.3 , and see if it works , I’m 100% it will , only if you haven’t done anything other than just stock EU ROM, with stock kernel. Can’t think of any other reason why it’s not working on you, and it’s working for me

I have stable magisk 20.3 working without any problem, so it must be something you did. Did you clean flashed , or u had active modules before updating ,and than updated the ROM and flashed magisk again.
It’s always recommended to disable all moduls before updatimg any ROM

What would be the consequences though? A warning? A fine? Stopping support for some or all phones? Maybe they’ll just pressure Xiaomi and that’ll be the end of that.
