“Fablet”
Having your phablet’s screen exposed at every angle when closed will mean a lot more screens breaking and scratching. Won’t be able to have a case on as well so it becomes a lot harder to maintain especially if it’s meant to be pocketable. One fold from the middle like a book is realistically a lot more reliable.
Its going to be interesting to see how the cameras are placed on this device. Id assume that the same camera is used for selfies as it is for standard photos. The screen can fold around for a self view

It’s a prototype for market research. Any groundbreaking tech is first tested in the market and it’s modified based on consumer feedback and needs.
A few iterations down the line, this might become the next hot trend.
This looks so stupid. I will never ever buy something like that.
