I’d typically wait until there are no more OTA updates left. Even though the current experience is somewhat pleasing (both my current Redmi Note 11 and my Redmi 8, though the latter had been slowing down considerably after root, which did not occur with the former), I’m curious about how it would fare without MIUI.
Well, you may be right. Currently it’s faster and more stable than MIUI but it might slow down after a while like you said. Honestly I like AOSP based roms more than any other Android OS. I guess the time will tell.
What ROM did you install? Are there any more features on that ROM that MIUI doesn’t have? Are there any bugs at all? Are there any features that you miss from MIUI?
Currently using Pixel Experience with Android 12 on my Redmi Note 10. It does not have any additional customizations like the other custom roms, but I use this one because I believe it is the most stable among them. I didn’t encounter any bugs so far. There aren’t any features I miss from MIUI.
**Edit for a future reader:** Currently using [PixelOS](https://pixelos.vercel.app/) and it is far better than Pixel Experience.
**Yet another edit:** Switched to Evolution X, it is my current favorite.

Recently I updated Redmi note 9pro max to MUI version 12.5.5, and got several features, Game turbo had been updated, But the in-game turbo calling mode is not working properly, I mean Answer Calls Hands Free is not working While playing the game.

Pixel Experience does not have these features, but other ROMs might. You can look up available custom ROMs for your device in XDA developers forums.

They fixed that battery issue where the phone wouldn’t go into deep sleep after not being used for a while and start to drain battery especially over night,it’s been a priority for me,it is a huge relief because it decreases the battery’s degradation and increases it’s lifespan.we (xiaomi owners) don’t aprreciate what we have until we lose .BTW I have a redmi note 9

I am writing from ArrowOS, used LineageOS before as well as DotOS as well Pixel Experience OS. For all of them both abnking apps were working as well Widevine is still up and working perfectly.
