That’s the issue . Xiaomi works on camera of 1 or 2 flagships every year. While they release like 100s of phone every year and never properly works on them,be it midrange or budget phones.
When i look at the gsmarena photo compare tool mi 11 ultra is like the phone with the least sharpening by far
I am also in EU, I went to repair shop I always go to, they imiditely told me everything, from price to how long it would take.
I can quickly go to what’s basically my country’s eBay and find replacement screens no problem.
I am not a fanboy, I am talking what I see, what I see in an absolute shithole that my country is.
Victus*
And yes I have enough resources to pull the strings. Don’t worry.
Well no. They can’t do it pal. I tried in 3 countries in 5 centres. Nobody wants to touch that crap. That leads to another cons. Lack of spare parts and replaceability. Idk if you’re just another fanboy of the brand but the truth is that shitomi is lacking. I tried in EU and in Thailand.
That’s on your service shops, not Xiaomi, in my city any place can replace a broken screen on basically any main stream phone
I mean I can send you a picture if you need any proof. Not to mention that camera glass broke and it needs that bs xiaomi service center because they don’t have displays anywhere else (hello apple tactics).
To sum it up, no more shitomi for me.
Maybe you can use the manual mode with all the settings as “auto”.
“they make it specially thinner”
“My source is I made it the fuck up”
It is mostly luck with non rugged phones, my Mi 9T survived many drops, but one of first drops after I got it broke the screen, then after getting a factory replacement it survived god know how many stupid drops on all sorts of materials.
Lmaoooo good luck with that “lawsuit” you definitely have money and time to take massive company that by law did nothing wrong, fact is when a company advertises something, 9/10 times they aren’t lying, they would be caught easily otherwise.
Oh and btw, again, my point stands, which you casually ignored, it’s mostly luck, that “old Samsung” was probably using Gorilla Glass 3, which is oldest one still used, but for 700e all Xiaomi phones, and phones in general, use Gorilla Glass 5 or Victus.
No.
Maybe you have HDR turned on?
If you advertise gorilla glass in a particular version you better have it. I’m actually considering a lawsuit for sake of brining some justice. Fuck those 700e but it’s about what’s right and what’s not. That’s more like a xiaomi is a scam for poor people. I don’t like to pay a poor people’s tax sorry.
Man it’s a gorilla glass. Well, it is but they make it specially thiner. Don’t bring it down to luck. It’s just that they optimize production cost.
Funnily enough, I dropped my Mi 9T god knows how many times for 3 years straight and only after god knows how many hits, it broke.
It’s mostly down to luck, about the angle phone hits.
Yes of course, they mounted cheaper gorilla glass just to cheap out on the phones. I dropped my previous samsung from 1st floor and was fine. Hell, I dropped it some 20 times in total and was still okay.
If I wanted to buy a crap quality phone I’d go for xiaomi or iphone.
Wow, dropping a phone breaks it? So glad other brands don’t have this issue, Xiaomi needs to do better!
Even my 300 dollar Mi 9T was pretty good software wise, never understood complaints.
Either people have unrealistic expectations or I am lucky/blind.
Funnily enough, Gcam photos looks worse for me on 12x in 90% of cases, and rest 10% is solved by tiny bit of basic editing
Gizmoweek twitter has tweet a sample photos take from the concepts phone
Lol a company that doesn’t even honor their 1 year warranty, pass
I have it since day1 in China. The quality is falling behind other cameraphones I have as for example the VIVO X70 Pro+ and so far I didn’t see any remarkable update from Xiaomi.
I’ve got a 12s ultra and there is no way to attach another lense to it, not that I would. I feel like the picture quality is as good as any that I’ve seen on a smartphone. There is still a gap between dedicated good cameras and phones and this thing is still a phone, a really nice phone with a camera.
With that Lens and phone on my pocket I definitely will look like a have a boner
I dropped the phone and display broke. Meh no thanks, I’m going with Samsung soon.
I was like uh guys, we are literally the furthest away from. April 1st right now… Until I realized that they are serious.
You’re getting downvoted but I agree. I’ve used three Xiaomi phones for a total of almost 6 years and eventually switched to Realme all because of MIUI doing weird shit.
Mainly issues with not getting notifications. Their battery and memory management is trash.
And yes, I did try all the tricks and settings and whatever, yes it usually solved the issue until it returned a week or a month later.
I think your phone is damaged. I, and anyone else I know doesn’t have those problems.
? I find the stock MI camera app does better HDR than gcam in some situations.
I had 12s ultra and photos are always overblown and colour tuning is bad even on Leica filters
You are using cheap device and yet you complain about your experience. If you expect a 1000$ experience from a 300$ phone, i doubt about your thoughts.
Hm, I don’t have these issues on my Mi11U. Overprocessed yes, but no extrem oversharping, tested it right now. What ROM are you using?
>The funny thing is that you cant lower the post processing.
Yeah you can only turn it up a notch lol.
they keep adding more cameras and more megapixels but keep the utterly garbage processing, 200mp doesn’t mean shit if the output is terrible
Features don’t matter if I can’t take a decent photo. If you zoom even a little bit it looks horrible. The sharpening is so much that if I take picture of any book the letters have halo around it. Also the post processing makes everything over exposed. The funny thing is that you cant lower the post processing.
What do you don’t like about it? I think it’s decent, has lots of options. Pics are a bit too overprocessed but that’s all.
Xiaomi being so camera centric recently and and the stock camera in global miui(mi11x) is such Bs*, even mid range phones have better software. Have to use gcam for good photos.
Redmi user
in the center is ultrawide sensor no main
Buggy – Wrong.
iOS Copy – I haven’t seen much copied?
Jesus christ, what’s so bad about that?
\-A MIUI User, used to use global and it was great
