This is also why I almost always take a minute to put in good word for an associate who has been exceptionally helpful, with their supervisor so as to encourage a better customer service experience.
Well, if he is like me, I always contact the support on every website in English. I live in Germany, but I’m native from Portugal, my German it’s not so good yet, so it get’s easier in English.

I never had any problems with Amazon.in reps. Once a guy with me for 1 and a half hours on chat. He didn’t left until I was satisfied with the resolution.
