Just sharing some information on the brand of glass screen protector that I bought from Taobao for my 15 Ultra. This screen protector works very well with the fingerprint sensor. Very similar sensitivity as the factory installed plastic film protector. Glass is thin though.
Comes with the installation kit and very easy to install. I made a mistake with dust particle so there is an annoying bubble and in trying to remove it, I lifted the protector and managed to crack it as it is very thin. Anyway I have another piece so I will have another go.
No it’s full screen adhesive. The roller on installation kit ensures screen is bubble free as long as you don’t get any dust on screen.

Interested to see how long it lasts. My major issue with glass protector on curved screens is not that the fingerprint doesn’t work, as a lot of them do if you set up fingerprint after installation of the protector. The major problem is that those screens don’t stay on for long and after a couple of weeks or less they will start gathering dust around the edges to the point that you’ll be able to see it all around. Hope this one doesn’t have that issue! Please keep us updated
Interesting… This is one without the UV glue? It looks like the only adhesive is around the edge, and those tend to pop off pretty easily but I’m interested. Does the black border cut off any of the actual viewable screen?

Nah, glass ones are easily better due to their higher scratch resistance.

I have ordered some film type protector, lot of the tempered ones seems to have issues.
Items generally appear on Aliexpress a bit later than Taobao. So fingers crossed this will be sold on Aliexpress in the near future.

Yeah I prefer glass feel and glass protects better
The fps is working well no issue. Glass SP goes very close to the aluminium frame. More concern with some case lifting the glass than dust collecting around the edge.

Nah, glass protectors are way better. I’ve had mine for a few weeks and the plastic screen protector is already very scratched just from being in my pocket. This doesn’t happen with proper glass screen protectors.
