Após 9 meses de uso meu Redmi foi fica estranho a tela, e agora está impossível de utilizar

Basically I formatted my phone (Poco X5 Pro) and since then the contents of the lock screen (temperature, humidity, altitude, etc.) no longer appear. I think it might be some permission not granted, can you help me?

Does anybody know how to remove this folder or app by app, and how i get this on my phone? it´s possible that i need to factory reset my phone, but i´m hoping that i dont need to do it. thanx
