Hi sorry if this is the wrong place but I’m stuck and confused

1st answer no it was not saved to the cloud 🙁

My phone seems to clog up quite a bit so I do clean or delete cache however in one of these decisions loads of images in my Instagram folder go missing seems to happen everytime I clear the cache and I don’t wanna lose it all again so I stopped clearing it

is there a way to recover them ?
