Wifi won’t automatically connect.

Some of my wifis have this message: “Saved/won’t automatically connect” under it. And they don’t connect unless I manually choose them.

How to make them connect automatically when my main wifi is not working?
The option to automatically connect is already on, but this message still apppears.

If it is not possible, is there any external app that can force the phone to automatically connect to an available wifi?
