Unable to Open Contro Center and Notification Panel when Fullscreen

So my Redmi Note 12 Pro 4G decided to be a bi\* today and i cant open the notification and control center panel. First it was the Notification Panel, then i try to hotswap it and now both wouldnt work. Any ideas? Fix or something? Cause i dont want to reset my phone again. PS, My phone is rooted and i use Evo Mods HyperOS System UI Plugin Mod V15 to look like an iphone, and yes ive tried turning it off and the problem still presist. Please Help

    You say you’re using mods to make your phone look like an iPhone. Yet it looks nothing like an iPhone.

    You are also rooted…

    Also it doesn’t look like you’re actually pulling down from the notification bar.

    Try rebooting the phone, if that fails, unroot your phone and remove the mods/tweaks. You don’t have to reset your phone to unroot*

    BRO IM PULLING FROM THE TOP AND IT STILL WOULDNT WORK,

    And i also have restarted 3 times and its still wouldnt work

    And now the actual LCD’s being a b\*

    And duh the mods are on the control center so you cant see it
