Hello there
I have bought Redmibook 16. I changed the windows and my touchpad stopped working.
in device manager it shows as “I2C HID Device”
I should add that touchpad still works in laptop F2 menu at the beginning of power on.
I could not find the driver for it.
any solutions please let me know.
Just wanted to thank you. Been banging my head for a good half an hour by reinstalling drivers, navigating BIOS menus, etc, and your solution was easier and worked flawlessly. God, I hate computers.
