Hello, I own a POCO C40 that I bought brand new in a local phone store. I never personally liked the stock software and it was a bit slow. I thought modifying the software would help it but I needed the bootloader unlocked first. I know all the consequences of unlocking the bootloader so no need to warn me about it. When I logged into my existing Mi Account, synced everything,went into developer options, Mi unlock status, and tapped “Add account and device”, and booted it into FASTBOOT/bootloader mode. I logged into the Mi unlock tool and did the procedure. It told me to wait 360 hours. I used Mi unlock a few times to check the countdown. When 15 days had passed I got a message saying “This device is not activated, please activate it and try to unlock it again.” I tried a few things with no success. I am stuck here and I do not know what to do. Help would be appreciated.
