Taking still imaged from a video

Grabbing a still image from a video was a feature I have used many times in my Samsung for over 5 years, can’t seem to find it on Xiaomi 15 ultra. Video filmed in 60fps 4k. I also am used to being able to take a photo whilst recording a video, which I can’t find on Xiaomi either

Any help? Thanks!
