Storage Problems with Redmi Note 8

So yesterday I’ve noticed that from the 64GB of internal storage on my phone 11,45GB are full of “System” in light gray and just above that another 5,75GB of “System” in dark gray.

Is that normal? Can I do anything against it?

And is there a way to move my apps to my SD card?
