Seems like new Mi 9T really needs Gcam for low light fotos.

Yep. Gcam excels at low light photos… and I’m not just talking about night mode.
Which Gcam are you guys using? And which library to use?
I don’t have the device yet but in YouTube there are a lot of videos about that
I’m pretty sure any phone needs GCam for night photos.
An S10 doesn’t need it
I suggest the one by Urnyx05:

Best feature: It has switch buttons for Main / Wide / Tele cam.
P30 pro
note the pixel :\^)
Grande Filipe View!!!
When I download the app I get no cam switch buttons, not even an HDR button. Where would I find those?
Portugal caralho!!!
😂
That phone doesn’t even need night mode. Camera sensor itself is insane.
… which already has it.
Yup. If it wouldn’t be Huawei (don’t trust their update cycle) and wouldn’t be so darn expensive, I would go for it. Got Mi9 instead. The cameras are dope, but the stock camera has too much saturation and water effect, when you zoom in to see details. But with Urnyx’s GCam utilizing all 3 cameras it is perfect.
You even seem taller and handsomer with gcam, good work Google!
Settings, advanced, scroll down to the bottom.
Yeah that was the point, nevermind
Agreed. P30 Pro seems to have a problem with inconsistent colors between camera too (due to different type of sensor they use I think, cause the main one is RYB but other is RGB)
I think Mi9 cameras themselves seems to be pretty consistent with colors, it is the postprocessing in the default camera. GCam has pretty decent colors.
Thanks, found it!
I wanted to get into the settings again to see if I can disable the info screen (pops up after every action, that is annoying) but it crashes instantly. Oh well
Always go to settings from main camera, not wide or telephoto.
That works. Changing cams is quote slow it seems, and I can’t find where to disable that info screen. You know how to do that, too?
No,not yet.
Found it.delete and install uploaded apk from 06/15.
Use Google Pixel (Stock) libs to disable the info screen.
When I hit Libs, there’s only a button *get updates”, nothing happens when I press it
That works! Weird, I had the newest version 1.5, in this 1.4 from 06/15 it doesn’t happen
