My daughter’s Redmi A1 (bought last Christmas) crashed, went to the official service, and got a factory reset.

Now we’re trying to setup it again, but when we finish the initial setup, this screen (https://imgur.com/a/zYH2mXW), the “Start” button does nothing, neither the icons at the top of the screen. Only the “Emergency call” and “Vision settings” buttons work.

Anyone has had this problem? How can we fix it? We can return the phone to the official service, but it’s the second time that we sent the mobile to them, and are a bit tired…

More information: when we boot up the mobile for the first time (after the factory reset) we haven’t syncronized the Google Account.
