The way I fix it is by clearing poco launcher data, but it happens again after a few days
does this happen with both SIM cards? and have you tried swapping the SIM card with a different one for a few days?
maybe an update will fix the issue or the worst case, you’ll have to factory reset the device

In that case maybe you should try a different launcher. Poco launcher is buggy ASF on my F1.
Edit: I can recommend smart launcher and Nova launcher which run without issues.
