We got a brand new Mi Pad 5 and a stylus (all on the latest firmware). When connecting the pen, it shows that it has been connect successfully and displays the battery charge (100% already). But in the input menu under stylus it says “not connected” and it doesn’t work. Even buttons doesn’t work.
Is there something that we can do, or should we just replace it? Replacing will take some time and we need to get it work ASAP…
