My Xiaomi mi 11 suddenly starts overheating when charging. Both wirelessly and wired. What could be the issue and how could I fix it? I’m on MIUI global 13.0.4.

U can’t do anything, I have mi 11 also and it also heats a lot, nothing to do about it, put it in case and ignore it 🤣
Damn this phone is really rushed to be the first next gen phone with software issues and bugs that remains since launch and overheating
Idk, I simply love this phone so much. What kind of bugs u having? I didn’t really notice any tbh, except my camera turning on for no reason sometimes lmao
Random crashes. Even after software resetting. Just out of nowhere crashes and reboots. Some days it doesn’t do it at all and other days it crashes almost every time I check the clock. Might switch to EU rom when it gets MIUI 13

I’ve asked support for help and all they say is factory reset. It fixes it for a few weeks or so but then it returns
Idk you should be persistent and take it back and explain what is going on and that u didn’t pay for a broken phone so….
I don’t really want to bother with it. I’m looking to upgrade soon anyway to something a tad more developer friendly
I have EU rom everythings alright on my end.
Overheating while charging is absolutely normal with every phone as the phone is being charged with electricity especially since the MI11 can charge up to 50W wired and 55W? Wirelessly or is it the other way around not sure. Mine overheats when I turn on Data or when using a wireless controller
