I tried to remove the family link from the mobile from the family link, without turning off the mobile I tried to do the factory reset and in 5 seconds I turned off the mobile. The mobile turned off and then, vibrates, goes to the home pages and restarts again. Sometimes it goes to the main menu. Any help?

Firstly completely switch off the phone when the phone is completely switched off press volume up + power key you will go on recovery mode simply format the data and reboot

But the phone never is completely switched off, always it reestarts by itselve.
Keep pressing the power and volume up button the mi logo will come firstly release power button and then a second later release volume up button.
It back to main menu
Select wipe data and reboot
How can I select wipe data?
Use volume button volume down and power button to select.
