Your battery is very old. The same thing was happening with my 5 year old Lenovo Vibe K4 note. But it was usable. I upgraded my phone however that lenovo phone is still working fine and I use it as wifi router (hotspot).
Same happened to me with other new phone, issue was the same, dead battery cells, you shall use phone garantee and get one with a good battery’s, yours is definitely defectuous

also note, battery% isn’t exactly easy to determine. lithium batteries remain at a pretty steady voltage over most of their usable capacity then drop to low voltage quickly. it’s entirely possible the algorithm for determining battery state of charge just needs a little more time adjust to the behavior of your particular battery

Go to YouTube Vanced App-Info then go to Battery& Performance, there you click on Background Restriction and click Restrict

You’ll have to disable some setting that I don’t remember to make it work automatically.
In greenify you create a list of apps that you don’t need so they are force stopped automatically or at will. You shouldn’t add to the list apps that you want to get notifications, of course.
It needs accessibility to do the taps if your phone is not rooted (this part fails in miui if one setting is on i don’t remember which but I googled it and took me a minute to fix it).
In rooted phones it works behind the scenes, so it may work fine in miui.
Dude overclocking phone cpu isn’t a good idea. Especially with 30% battery level. It’s not worth for 5 more fps. 🙃

Mine died after saying that it discharged 20% in 10 minutes.
Later at night, it simply shutdown without any warning and now only the led notification turns on and off. Already bought a new battery, but haven’t arrived yet.

It’s from the guys at xda developers! They also have something you can use to backup your app’s data (when there’s no cloud sync.
There’s an apk for the phone and a little activator on PC which needs adb drivers.
The backups are made locally to the SD without the computer. The activation is just once until you restart the phone.

One thing is Greenify, just needs accessibility or root to force stop apps in its list.
Another thing is Helium, an apk and app data backup on device. In root you don’t need anything else.
If you don’t have root, Helium needs to be granted some rights from a computer running a little application. ADB is like a driver for your phone, it’s like a command line, really, it allows the PC application to tell Android “hey, let Helium read/write application’s data, he’s a good guy”.
So, you open the PC application, connect the phone over USB, and the application tells that to Android automatically in background. Takes a second and you can disconnect the USB right after it’s done.
Then, the Helium apk can make and restore backups without a PC until the next device restart.
I just mentioned Helium cause it’s another useful app from the same guys and OP said he never heard of Greenify. Thought anybody could benefit from knowing both. Sorry for the confusion.
