In about 5 minutes my battery went from 30% to 23%. This doesn’t seem normal (Mi Note 10 Lite). It never happened before.

That’s interesting.
I know, right? Now it’s back to normal, and the numbers are not that high anymore. But I have no idea what happened
Everything related to battery drain in MIUI is normal
Yeah, it isn’t very battery efficient but this was quite a big drain compared to the “normal” ones
It is what it is¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Yeah sometimes somethings acts weird. I remember that my miui biometric is used 75% of my battery one day. I thought my FBI agent just missed me 😛
What MIUI version are you on?
I’m on MIUI 11 (11.0.3). Been thinking about upgrading to MIUI 12.
Well, yday i installed MIUI 12.0.1 on my Mi 8, and i had some fast decharging issues first time for 2 yrs i charged my phone 2 times a day, but i decided to redownload full rom again and install it using 3 dots > select rom, and it do helped, had 3.33 hours of active screen, and 11.22hours of inactive screen, and phone was decharging really slow, so i might suggest you trying downloading full rom (which is like 2 gigabytes maybe) and install it through 3 dots > select rom, you won’t lose any data, its just like updating your phone usually
I can’t complain about battery life. I can get about 6-10 hours of sot. That’s the main reason I would stick to MIUI 11. This was something unusual, I have the phone since July and the battery life hasn’t changed.
Well, if you have any battery issue like the one above, just redownload full 11.0.3 rom, and that’s all
The percentages below are all fuked up, battery app is malfunctioning on everyone’s device
No, you just go to where you check for updates then 3 dots > select rom
I mean, that’s not like if it was a surprise when you bought your phone that MIUI was the OS installed
One question, are you romanian?🤨
I might be🤔
O salutare mă frate romane mă , cum viața mă etc 😁
Happened to me yesterday. My batteey died and in the moment I put the charger the screen showed 35%.
It’s a feature ™
I think you should perform some calibration circles, just 100-(3 or 5 or even 0) -100 battery cicles to allow the Sensor show the right percentage

On it, 3% left
It never happened to me (i’m running MIUI 12 tho) and i’m actually very happy about the battery
Well, mine lost all the charge once (charged it to 100% right before going to sleep) overnight, with no use at all. Out of nowhere. And it never happened again. From what I’ve been seeing MIUI just randomly does that to hardware.
Well, there is this useless program that is called xiaomi service framework. I deleted it with xiaomi adb/fastboot tools , and i must say that my battery is going strong.
I usually try not to mess with that kind of thing, I don’t want to risk anything (and I don’t care about the warranty).
Could be an app that got “stuck” I had Plex app do that to me a few times. I usually check the Details to see if the phone is being kept awake. I used Better Battery Stats to narrow it down.
I don’t have overheating problems, and that’s quite nice. I bought the Mi Note 10 Lite mainly because of the AMOLED screen but I was surprised to see it could handle a few games of Call of Duty without overheating. It’s pretty good overall.
MemeUI at its best
This program is 100% safe, because all of the apps that it shows can be uninstalled or disabled, and then enabled or reinstalled. I can guarantee you ghat it’s safe.
Of course it’s your choice, but if you want to you can do it.
I might try it sometime, but I haven’t yet decided if i’ll stick with MIUI 11 or 12. I wish pixel experience would be available for this device
How long do u have that phone? Maybe you could try replacing the battery
Also I can see that you have too many apps running In the background, and that’s the biggest killer of cellphones. Try clear cache or delete apps you don’t using, or go to the settings and try clear ram😉
Yeaaaaah….4 months. It only happened once (today) and it’s not a problem in about 98% of the time. The battery life is usually good to amazing so it’s definitely not the time for a battery replacement (yet).
Hmm… Then idk.Try clear that cache and ram, if This won’t help then I really don’t know
Also Those percentages doesn’t seems good. Like I never had more than 60% at the screen(And I’m gamer) So maybe if that goes too wrong you should go to the mobile repair shop
(btw sorry for my English)
Bruh. My mi9 on MIUI 11 does the same crap.
the only problem i get by uninstalling music is I can’t set my ringtone (funnily enough, xiaomi with their mega brain cannot make it work with a SAF prompt)
Lmao in my RN8 when I have 1% left it’s still works for 5-10 minutes and some times I have 0%, but it’s still works for 2-3 minutes
I’ve a pocophone f1 and battery lasted for 2 days before the mui12 update, now after 12h it’s almost drained! I see in the system that 40% of the battery is consumed by “other apps” but it doesn’t tell you what app.
I have the same problem, but next week im going to flash GSI on my phone. Kinda bored from MIUI.
How??
Same thing happens to me :/
Do a battery calibration
Did it improve battery?
Can you tell me how much did it improved it?
If I uninstall it will it double battery life?
Hi, i sold the phone but i remember very well that before uninstalling it it was wasting quite a lot of battery, i mean that before uninstalling before going to sleep with regular use it was at around 35 percent, and after deleting – probably around 40-45 percent.
PS. Sorry for answering so late, i don’t have my notifications on for reddit
