I need some help. I got a S20 Robot Vacuum cleaner and the first time I started it, everything seems fine. It cleaned like its supposed to. But already at the second time, when it started to clean it said short after it started, that the battery was low and turned back to charge. But when it wanted to continue it said again that the battery was low and shut down.

In the App it says always that the Vacuum ist fully charged but it just drives a few meters tops and shuts down. I thought it was a faulty battery so I replaced it but the problem is still there.

I also can’t reach anyone at the support, so I hope someone here can help me out
