How to reconnect my Xiaomi smart band 8 active to my phone

I’ve had this problem for a while where my phone doesn’t see my phone when I scan it even when I add the model manually and it doesn’t even read any devices, well a month ago I went to some guy he fixed it but idk how he did it but I think it had something to do with the app permissions so if anyone has any suggestions it would be appreciated.
