Hi there,
for the past few days I’ve had an issue with my phone (12T Pro) where as soon as the battery charge reaches 20% or so, the phone starts to lose the battery percentage very quickly, regardless of whether I turn on battery saver. After just 5-10 minutes the phone is already below 10% and then loses a percentile basically every half-minute or even faster. The first time it happened I was watching a Youtube video, the second time I had the phone on idle while using navigation. My activity seemed to have no effect on how quickly my phone wants to turn off. The first time I also received a notification by the OS that there had been a very fast loss of battery charge in the last 20 minutes, the second time around I just turned the phone off when it reached 4% because I didn’t want it to just shut down by itself.
I don’t know what’s happening, but I’ve noticed a notification by Google services that some kind of new features were available.
Are these two things connected? Do I need to worry about my device or is this an issue that affects other people’s phones – cuz if it’s a glitch at least we can hope for a fix – if not, I hope I still have some warranty left over.
Thanks in advance for any assistance you can offer.
