Error connecting Iphone to Xiaomi mi note 10 lite

good evening, I have a problem in the direct connection between Iphone XS and Xiaomi mi note 10 lite. By directly connecting the two devices with cable, the iPhone fails to stay connected to the xiaomi, detaching and reattaching itself continuously.

I tried to change cable, adapter, but the problem is not solved. Has anyone had a similar experience?
