I need help with my extender, it suddenly stopped working. I tried to reset it, but it still won’t work.

I get several different errors:

1. Connection to extender rejected
2. Cannot find device
3. Device offline (even though it is plugged in blinking)
4. Around 30 sec after successfully connecting the extender, it disconnects and cannot find device.
