I am trying to root my phone, but the official unlocker program prompts me to link a phone number to my account. That prompt is infamously broken, and the advice I’ve found online was to link my number through other means, such as my phone or the xiaomi website. However, the option to include a phone number straight up does not show up in either of those. Nothing even mentions phone numbers. What should I do? My account is Brazillian, if that changes anything.
I saw someone recently with the same problem, someone recommended using a more recent version of the program and this solved the problem, try to see if it works for you.
