I’ve had the Redmi Note 7 for a little over two years now and recently bought a Redmi Note 11. I backed up all my photos to Google Photos but I wanted my device gallery to look the same in the new phone (albums and stuff) so I paid for the xiaomi cloud premium membership.

The back up process lasted over a week (6000+ elements) and now the download process to the new phone just isn’t working at all. I leave the sync on for HOURS and the download count stays at 0%. I’m very disappointed. I just sent the explanation of the problem to the support email and I’m currently waiting on a reply, can I expect this problem to be solved? Is the Xiaomi Cloud generally reliable or is this common?
