does anybody know how to get rid of that 20gb of unknown files. if i try to get more space it does nothing because the unidentyfied files keeps getting bigger.
The easiest way is to backup all of your files, pictures and other data, then do a reset to factory settings and restore your files from that backup

I own a 14T and it's very good at it's price point at less than 450usd. Games runs fine and no heating up unless you maxed out your graphics but then again it only reach 40deg when playing Wuthering waves. Battery life is subpar but with the recent software updates it got better I guess.

Sorry but don't think it will be receiving major hyperos update on your phone. Just check if it reached promised update timeline by xiaomi. You may actually receive system update for sometime.
