I’m guessing the bigger the phone the bigger the battery (then the ability to make the phone more powerful) but there is definitely a demand for more compact phones. My wife refuses to give up her iPhone 5 for the same reason. Even my (slightly) bigger Redmi 5a looks massive in her hand and she hates it for that.

Surprised, despite a slight green tint on the rear RN5 AI camera (that can be corrected) it just looks better to me. Also the Redmi Note 7 lacks dual pixel? Deal breaker in my opinion if you like recording video, that pulsating focus will happen a lot even in good lighting if you move.
