Why poco phones get slow updates !!!!?

downloaded the latest version (3.2.1.3111) but it does not recognize the device, do i need to install an specific driver? if so, a download link would be appreciated

If I go to settings > app> permissions > files and media , there are 2 downloads apps than can be seen. Do you guys also have this?
