It wasn’t working for me I tried all day long. The super wallpaper would show up on home screen but never on lock.
After reading this, I though that I was maybe because of ” geographic restrictions ”so I set my location to India in the settings after step 3, I did the step 4 and it finally worked.
I could switch my region back to the original one after that and the super wallpaper still seems to be working fine
