Can’t recover it because it is associated with my phone number and it wants to send a verification code to the number my sim card has, and I don’t have any other phone that I can insert my sim card ...

How can i fix it? Generally it happens when i connect it to a Bluetooth device, but sometimes it happens randomly. (Yesterday it changes Telegram incoming message sound with a my incoming call song…all without i did nothing…)
