Xiaomi 15 Ultra – Force desktop mode = black screen + sound?

Wanted to try the video out, I knew this did not have a desktop like my moto,lg or samsung tablet so I enabled desktop in developer.

That result in just a black screen with audio. Anyone got desktop mode working?
