greetings everyone

we bought this water dispenser around a week ago. and since then it happened twice. suddenly there is water underneath the machine. now, after this happened the first time we got the advice not to fill the tank too much and respect the markings. we did that but it happened again. and the only thing I can think of is that we filled the tank while it’s still plugged in / in place. instead of taking the tank away, fill it with water and then put it back.
I unplugged the device, drained the pipes, cleaned everything and waited for the water to come out and dry from within the case. there are two places (in the front and in the back) at the bottom of the machine where there are ventilation slits. that’s where the water comes out. I can also tilt the device (unplugged and water tank removed, of course) and I can see still water coming out.
before opening a warrenty case I was wondering if somebody else experiences this or has fixed it?
