Redmi note 10 pro volume automatically going down

Hi, I have a redmi note 10 pro MIUI version “MIUI Global 14.0.3”.
I was normally watching some videos when i see volume turning down, i tried to turning it up but it automatically went down again.
I tried to reboot the phone and it got stuck on Fastboot screen but i could solve it, but when the phone rebooted the problem was still there. What can i do?
