Hi folks

I’m having rather strange and irritating issue.I work as an IT guy. Ocasionally i get paged by my company. My RN8Pro has a custom sound set for a specific number, so it can wake me up in the middle of the night. Only this one number has a different sound for notification (not ringtone!). It is absolutely vital to my work, and im super close to buying a new phone.

It’s been like 10 times already within half a year that the phone just didn’t make any sound when i got paged. It turns on the screen, SMS comes in, phone vibrates, and that’s it. Custom sound is still “bind” to that number, but it just doesn’t ring until I bind it again, or reboot the phone.

Do you guys have seen anything like that or have an idea what might I try? Is there like third-party ringtone app without any ads? I might add, that current app for ringtones on my Redmi Note does have ads and looks, and feels horrible.
